PAVILION 120: A NEW VISUAL AT IDD AND ONE-STOP EXPERIENCE FOR KLI, SANDEI, AND MILLS

Jakarta, February 20, 2025 – Pavilion 120, a four-story building in Indonesia Design District, catches the eye with its striking visual appeal, inviting visitors to explore its comfortable and well-equipped spaces. Designed by renowned architect Andra Matin, the pavilion showcases the collaboration of three major brands: Kayu Lapis Indonesia, Sandei, and Mills. The building offers a versatile space for designers and clients to meet, interact, and explore these brands.

The design of Pavilion 120 combines wood, aluminum, and fabric, reflecting a harmonious integration of materials that demonstrate the versatility of engineered wood, aluminum frames, and blinds. The building's interior, designed by S+AO Studio, optimizes the 120 m² space to create an open, efficient environment with modern design elements. Each floor serves a unique function, including a showroom, office space, meeting rooms, and a multifunctional rooftop.

Pavilion 120 provides a complete experience, from exploration to meetings, and supports various activities across its four floors. The building is also supported by brands like Armonia, Pita, and Somfy, which complement its overall design. This project highlights the synergy of Kayu Lapis Indonesia, Sandei, and Mills, showcasing innovative architecture and product design.
